EcoMark is a sustainable, engraveable signage material made from 100% post-consumer recycled ABS plastic.

It combines environmental responsibility with the workability and performance of traditional engraving sheets. Featuring a matte, non-glare (brushed) micro-thin cap layer, EcoMark requires minimal engraving depth while delivering sharp, high-contrast results. This makes it ideal for interior wayfinding, nameplates, labels, trophies, and ID plates.
The material is suitable for laser and rotary engraving and supports a wide range of fabrication and finishing processes such as drilling, heat bending, screen printing, and hot stamping.

EcoMark contributes to a positive environmental profile: thanks to post-consumer recycling, it supports responsible material use and is often selected for projects where LEED credits and corporate sustainability are important. 🔧 Practical processing tips

Laser engraving (CO₂)

• Use low to medium power settings; the micro-thin cap layer requires minimal depth.

• In most cases, one pass is sufficient for sharp contrast.

• Always test first: darker colors develop contrast faster than lighter ones.

• Remove the protective film after engraving to prevent smoke residue.

Rotary engraving

• Use a fine cutter (0.2–0.3 mm) for text and pictograms.

• Limit engraving depth (± 0.08 mm) for clean edges.

• Ensure stable fixation to avoid vibration.

Cutting & machining

• Can be sawn, milled, and drilled cleanly without chipping.

• Heat bending is possible at controlled temperatures (ABS properties).

• Edges can be lightly polished or beveled for a premium finish.

Printing & finishing

• Suitable for UV-LED printing, screen printing, and hot stamping.

• Combine engraving and printing for functional panels.

• Clean with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.

Mounting

• Can be mounted using double-sided tape, ABS-compatible adhesives, or screws.

• For indoor use: avoid prolonged exposure to high heat or direct sunlight.
