The GoProduce software has been developed to execute tasks simply and efficiently. Its modern interface with improved navigation allows users to find and operate functions quickly and intuitively.
The multifunctional cutting head accommodates three modules simultaneously. The central unit includes a positioning laser and integrated camera system for fast and accurate recognition of contour cutting marks.
Powerful Tangential Module
This module provides a vertical force of 10 kg and houses multiple tools. Each tool has a barcode identifier that ensures automatic recognition and parameter settings.
The advanced safety system, included with all F Series models, guarantees a safe working environment and complies with global health and safety standards. Its ideal top beam positioning ensures easy access to the machine, resulting in higher production efficiency.
The barcode automatically identifies the job and receives cutting data from the computer. The built-in camera scans the job automatically or with a handheld scanner, depending on the selected workflow.
ADC (Automatic Depth Control)
The ADC automatically sets the knife depth and tool orientation. The knife or bit tip is precisely measured, and the downward tool position is set at table level, ensuring flawless cutting. Both left and right ADC are included with every F Series flatbed cutting plotter.
Optional Conveyor Extension
On the F1612 flatbed cutting plotter, the conveyor extension processes designs much larger than the actual cutting area. While the machine cuts the next section, the already cut parts can be safely removed on the extension.
Performance Upgrade
