Rowmark ColorHues® Glitter is a premium cell-cast acrylic sheet (PMMA) with embedded glitter particles in the colored plastic, creating a sparkling, visually striking, high-gloss surface. The material combines the aesthetics of glass with the lightweight and durability of acrylic.

Physical properties (typical)

• Good flexural strength, scratch and wear resistance.

• Electrically non-conductive, insulating material.

• Heat deformation around ~100 °C; formable from ~82 °C.

• Specific gravity ~1.19–1.20.

• RoHS compliant, PVC-free, no formaldehyde or phenol.

Color brilliance

• Glitter particles may subtly vary in color tone and reflection depending on viewing angle and lighting.

Rowmark Glitter is easily processed using standard acrylic methods.

• Laser (CO₂) – vector cutting and fine engraving.

• Rotary engraving – for deeper relief and detail.

Mechanical Processing

• Sawing, drilling, cutting, and milling without cracking.

• Bevels and edge finishing possible with standard equipment.

Finishing & Decoration

• Screen printing, UV-LED printing, and hot stamping.

Forming

• Heat bending possible around ~82 °C (material softens).
