🔧 Engraving tips & processing

Laser engraving (CO₂)

• Use low to medium power settings to avoid burning the lacquer.

• In most cases, one pass is sufficient for a clean result.

• Ensure proper extraction to prevent smoke marks on the lacquer surface.

• Remove the protective masking after engraving.

Rotary engraving

• Use a sharp, fine cutter (0.2–0.3 mm) for detailed text.

• Limit engraving depth for clean edges and to prevent chipping of the lacquer.

• Regular cleaning of the cutter prevents lacquer build-up.

Machining & finishing

• Sawing, milling, and drilling are possible without issues when using correct settings.
