oli-Flex Printable 4036 Turbo – Matt is a heat-sealable, printable PU transfer film (opaque white, 100 μ) suitable for both light and dark textiles. It delivers high print resolution with a smooth matt finish and offers a pleasant, soft textile touch. A special top coat ensures excellent wash resistance, even after frequent use.

This transfer film is perfect for creating motifs and logos on sportswear, leisurewear and workwear. It is compatible with cotton, polyester, uncoated nylon, polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic blends (test coated nylon for suitability).

The material is designed for all standard printers using ECO-solvent, solvent and latex inks. A newly developed, self-adhesive PET liner makes it easy to cut even very small letters and designs with CAD/CAM plotters after printing. For best results, use POLI-TACK 854 / 870 as a transfer tape and protective cover during heat pressing. Remove the PET liner while warm.

All raw materials are ecologically inert and free of PVC, plasticizers and heavy metals, meeting OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Class I.

Washing & care: Wash-resistant up to 60 °C; turn garments inside out and use mild detergents. Suitable for tumble drying in commercial dryers up to 100 °C.

• Transfer settings: 130 °C – 5 sec / 150 °C – 4 sec / 160 °C – 3 sec

• For nylon: 150 °C, preheat 5 sec, press 5 sec, peel liner, cover with silicone paper and press again for 10 sec.
