At FESPA 2026 in Barcelona, Roland DG introduced an impressive range of next-generation industrial printing technologies under its new “Make Your Mark” campaign. The focus was on speed, automation, customization, and versatile production solutions for sign makers, display companies, and industrial printing applications.
One of the key highlights was the new TrueVIS VG4 Series, a powerful eco-solvent print-and-cut solution using the latest TR3 inks. Thanks to an expanded color gamut, higher print speeds, and advanced workflow features, the VG4 delivers outstanding quality for applications such as:
With features like an integrated touchscreen and enhanced automation, the VG4 is perfectly suited for modern production environments.
Another major innovation was the EU2-1000MF UV flatbed printer. This large-format system is designed for direct printing on rigid materials such as wood, dibond, PVC, and acrylic.
Equipped with a new printhead technology, the printer delivers up to 1.5 times faster production speeds compared to previous models while supporting materials up to 95 mm thick. Ideal applications include:
Roland also previewed the new VersaObject IO-300, a UV flatbed printer developed for industrial object printing and customization of plastic parts, housings, and promotional products.
In addition, the RC-300 was introduced as an innovative UV printer capable of full 360° printing on cylindrical objects such as bottles, mugs, and tumblers. This solution perfectly responds to the growing demand for personalized products and mass customization.
With the launch of the new AG-640 latex print-and-cut system, Roland further expands its environmentally friendly printing solutions. The machine is designed for adhesive media, textiles, and interior graphics while combining sustainability with high-quality output.
All new systems integrate seamlessly with VersaWorks 7 and DG Connect, allowing print businesses to centralize workflows, automate production, and improve overall efficiency.
With these innovations, Roland DG clearly demonstrated at FESPA 2026 how the future of industrial printing is becoming faster, smarter, more flexible, and increasingly focused on customization and high-end applications.
