The 1 kW milling module can handle the most common rigid materials in the graphics and sign industry, including PVC/Forex, acrylic/plexiglass, Dibond/aluminium composite panels, as well as soft and hard wood up to 13 mm (0.5”) thick. The spindle supports a maximum diameter of 8 mm (0.315”).
With its high-resolution camera and OptiCut software, registration marks are automatically detected for fast and precise contour cutting.
Optimal material fixation is ensured by a vacuum table with multiple adjustable zones, complemented by a pneumatic clamping system.
The Integra provides a high level of automation, including automatic depth adjustment and fully motorized control of the cutting heads.
