Rowmark DurMark is a durable, chemical-resistant two-ply acrylic developed for demanding indoor and outdoor applications. The material features a 100% acrylic matte, non-glare cap layer bonded to an impact-modified core for added strength and wear resistance. It is designed for both laser and mechanical engraving, offering excellent weather and UV resistance.

Processing & Fabrication
DurMark can be:
-
Laser engraved with a CO₂ laser (diode laser in some cases)
-
Rotary engraved (router or milling cutter)
-
Sawed, drilled, cut, sheared or punched
-
Thermoformed (softening from ~82 °C)
-
Bonded to itself or other materials
-
Suitable for screen printing, hot stamping and other finishing techniques
Note: Light colours such as white may be less suitable for diode lasers due to reflective properties.
Applications
DurMark is ideally suited for:
-
Indoor and outdoor signage
-
Control panels and equipment ID tags
-
Safety and industrial labels
-
Nameplates, badges and compliance markings
