The Epilog Fusion Maker 12 is the entry-level model in the Fusion Maker series, designed for beginners, small workshops, schools, and makerspaces looking to access professional laser technology at an accessible price. With a 610 × 305 mm work area and a maximum Z-depth of 178 mm, the machine provides ample space for standard engraving stock and a wide variety of creative projects. Its engraving speed of 60 IPS (1,500 mm/s) with 5G acceleration delivers fast and reliable results for a machine in this segment. The IRIS™ camera system with a single overhead camera provides a live preview of the work area, enabling straightforward artwork positioning via on-screen drag and drop. The Fusion Maker 12 is available with a 30 or 40 watt CO2 laser — user-replaceable, with no need to return to the manufacturer — for engraving and cutting wood, acrylic, textiles, paper, plastic, and much more. Standard features including the SAFEGUARD™ enclosure, touchscreen controls, and 1 GB of internal memory offer a surprisingly complete package for an entry-level machine, making the Fusion Maker 12 the ideal first step into professional laser engraving.
