The Epilog Fusion Pro 48 is the largest and most powerful model in the Fusion Pro series, engineered for the most demanding industrial environments. With an impressive 1219 × 914 mm work area and a maximum material thickness of 311 mm, it can handle large materials, multiple parts in a single run, or oversized items without repositioning — significantly boosting production throughput. At 165 IPS (4,200 mm/s) with 5G acceleration, it delivers the highest output speed in the industry without compromising engraving quality. The IRIS™ Camera System with dual overhead cameras provides a live, real-time view of the work area for fast and pinpoint-accurate artwork placement. Available with a CO2 laser (80, 100, 120, or 200 watts) or as a dual-source configuration (80W CO2 & 30W fiber or 100W CO2 & 60W fiber), the Fusion Pro 48 handles a wide range of materials including wood, acrylic, leather, glass, and metals.
