The Epilog Fusion Galvo G100 is a specialised fiber laser machine designed for fast and precise metal marking in professional and industrial environments. Leveraging galvo technology, it marks a wide range of metals and engineered plastics at exceptional speed, delivering results such as deep engraving, polished white marks, and dark annealed etching. Available with a 30, 60, or 100 watt MOPA fiber laser (1064 nm), the machine comes standard with two lenses — F163 and F254 — enabling work across a 101 × 101 mm or 152 × 152 mm marking field. The IRIS™ Camera System with two overhead cameras provides fast and accurate artwork positioning, even on irregularly shaped items. The automated mechanical door speeds up part changeover and significantly increases production throughput. Operation is intuitive via the touchscreen interface, with full compatibility with popular design software including CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and AutoCAD. With 1 GB of onboard memory, Ethernet, USB, and wireless connectivity, and an optional rotary attachment for cylindrical objects, the Fusion Galvo G100 is a versatile and future-proof investment for any manufacturer.
