LaserLights are multi-layer plastic engraving sheets specifically developed for CO₂ laser engraving. Thanks to their optimized composition, they produce extremely sharp, high-contrast engravings with minimal smoke and without melting or fraying. This makes LaserLights highly efficient for production environments where speed, consistency, and quality are critical.

The sheets consist of a thin cap layer and a contrasting core, allowing clear, readable results even at minimal engraving depth. LaserLights are ideally suited for interior signage, labels, nameplates, electrical identification, and technical markings. Although primarily designed for laser engraving, they can in many cases also be mechanically engraved.

Engraving tips & processing

Laser engraving (CO₂)

• Use low to medium power settings; LaserLights are highly sensitive and require little energy.

• In most cases, one pass is sufficient for deep black or bright contrast.

• High speeds are possible without loss of quality → ideal for series production.

• Remove the protective masking after engraving to avoid smoke residue.

• Ensure proper extraction for a clean final result.

Mechanical / rotary engraving

• Possible for simple applications, but laser engraving is recommended for best results.

• Use a fine cutter and limited depth to prevent fraying.

Machining & finishing

• Sawing, milling, and drilling are easy with correct settings.

• Edges can be lightly chamfered or polished.

• Clean with a soft cloth and mild cleaner (no solvents).

Mounting

• Suitable for mounting with double-sided tape, adhesive, or screws.

• For indoor use only; avoid heat and direct sunlight.
