Product description

The Roland printhead for the VS and BN series is a precision micro‑piezo inkjet printhead used in Roland eco‑solvent printers such as VS‑420, VS‑540, VS‑640 and BN‑20. It features multiple nozzle lines totaling hundreds of nozzles, allowing very fine ink droplets (as small as ~1.5 picoliters) to be fired at a high frequency (around 8 kHz), producing sharp, consistent and durable prints in 4‑ or 8‑color setups. Designed for eco‑solvent and mild solvent inks, this printhead is built on advanced Epson‑based technology, delivering dependable performance and high‑quality output for large‑format graphics, signage and similar applications.
